Thank you for being part of the Lake Calhoun Sailing School Community.

Each year, generous supporters like you celebrate Give to the Max Day by making your donation on our Donate page or GiveMN.org.

Please consider making a donation on or before November 16, 2017, for Give to the Max Day and help us continue to change lives through sailing. Our mission is to teach sailing to all in a fun and supportive environment and foster a vibrant sailing community in the city of lakes.

With your help, we will continue offering scholarships to sailors of all ages and sharing the joy of sailing with everyone.

In 2017, we provided over 50 partial and full scholarships for two-week youth and adult sailing camps.
In partnership with the Minneapolis Police Activity League (PAL), we introduced sailing, tuition free, to a wonderful group of kids that otherwise would not have had the opportunity.
LCSS hosted 10 recent immigrants from Anne Sullivan Elementary School for a day of sailing, mapmaking, and navigation on our Ensign Keelboats.

Our goal this year is to raise $15,000, and you can help us reach it!

We are a little over half-way to our goal. The LCSS Board of Directors will match the next $1,000 donated, effectively doubling your donation.

Your donation on Give to the Max Day may even help us receive an additional award donation of $1,000 or $10,000! How? On November 16, every gift made on GiveMN.org will be entered into an hourly drawing for a $1,000 GiveMN Golden Ticket. One donation will be randomly selected to receive a $10,000 Super-Sized GiveMN Golden Ticket!
