Registration is reserved for LGBTQ+ individuals and their allies, and instruction is provided by LGBTQ+ identifying staff.

Over the two-week course on our 23-foot Ensign keelboats, students will learn to sail independently in light winds.

Participants will learn the basics of sailing, including terminology, rigging, boat parts, maneuvering, points of sail, and rules of the road. No prior experience is required. Each student will receive the US Sailing textbook “Basic Keelboat” to reinforce class concepts.

If a session is missed due to weather or unforeseen events, it will be rescheduled to Noon – 3:00 PM on the Saturday following each two-week class.
