Edina and Southwest Qualify for MISSA Mallory Regatta

This past weekend, Edina and Southwest High Schools competed in the MISSA Mallory Pre-Qualifier Regatta held at the White Bear Lake Sailing School on White Bear Lake. 

Conditions on Saturday were electric, with 15-22 knots of steady breeze from the South. The second day brought much different conditions, with 8 knots of breeze and large oscillations from the northeast to the south.

Edina made a nice comeback on the second day, and secured a qualifying 6th place in the regatta, while the Southwest team also maintained 4th place and qualified for the Mallory event in Chicago on April 29-20.
