ADULT INTERMEDIATE KEELBOAT

SCHEDULE: Tuesday, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM or Monday/Thursday 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
DURATION: Tuesday class is four weeks, Mon/Thur class is two weeks
PUBLIC: $350   MEMBER: $245
PREREQUISITES:  Beginning Keelboat or recent sailing experience

This class is for students who have already completed our Beginning Keelboat sailing class or have previous (recent) sailing experience and want to learn more. The small group instruction will focus on preparing you to be confident sailing the Ensign Keelboat in medium and heavy winds on inland lakes.

Students will learn more advanced on-the-water boat handling, sail theory, and an introduction to racing.

Students will receive the US Sailing textbook Basic Cruising, to help reinforce the concepts taught in class.
